The ski slope to the terminus of the Hörnli cable car can be reached in less than a minute on foot. Since the the Arosa and Lenzerheide ski resorts have been linked in January 2014, skiers, mountaineers and snowboarders can enjoy 225 km of slopes in two valleys with three sides facing the sun. The Urden aerial cable car transports guests from Arosa Hörnli to the Urdenfürggli in Lenzerheide and offers an almost unlimited winter sports experience on 1230 to 2865 meters above sea level. 30 km of cross-country tracks and one illuminated nighttime cross-country track provide excellent courses for both classic and skater skiing. Well-prepared sledge runs promise great fun for everybody. Every Thursday enjoy night sledging from the Tschuggen down to the Kulmwiese. Explore Arosa’s winter wonderland on 140 km of walking and hiking trails. For particularly sporty runners, 30 km of signposted and well-groomed Nordic Walking trails offer an exciting alternative. Ice sport lovers can skate, play ice hockey or enjoy ice stock tossing and curling on the public ice rink. The ice disco offers a special experience twice per season.
