The Stoffel offers excellent dining, be it in the restaurant, the Stoffel Salon or the Stüva. Every evening our chef Thomas proposes a carefully composed and lovingly prepared 4-course meal, which also available as a vegetarian option.
In autumn 2015, the dining room was extensive refurbished. The Stoffel restaurant now is a modern interpretation of the popular “Kaminstube” (drawing room with an open fireplace), reflecting the style of the original house as it was nearly one hundred years ago. Both rooms are panelled with Swiss stone pine and embrace our guests in a warm and soothing atmosphere. Every evening our chef proposes a carefully composed and lovingly prepared 4-course meal, which also available as a vegetarian option. Thomas Kraettli, our head chef, uses organic, locally sourced fresh fruit and vegetables whenever possible as well as organic meat from Swiss farms from particularly animal-friendly farms (Swiss BTS label).
