The Hotel Stoffel is a great place to dine, be it in the restaurant, the Stoffel lounge, the Stüva or on the garden terrace in fine weather. Chef Thomas Krättli places great importance on high-quality ingredients. He exclusively uses fresh vegetables and meat from animal-friendly local producers. He proposes a lovingly prepared 4-course evening meal, which is also available as a vegetarian option. Between midday and 5 o'clock there is an attractive selection of hot and cold dishes.

Our wine cellar features a wide selection of first class red and white wines. We offer fine wines from the “Bündner Herrschaft” (locally grown wines from the Rhine valley) and Ticino as well as classics and specialties from Italy, Portugal, France and Spain, many of which are organically grown.


Vom Speisesaal zum Restaurant.

Unter Federführung der renommierten Churer Architektin Tilla Theus wurde der in die Jahre gekommene Speisesaal im Herbst 2015 von Grund auf erneuert. Das für das Haus prägende, von Beat Stoffel geliebte Arvenholz, wurde auch für den Neubau des Restaurants verwendet. Der Raum stellt eine Neuinterpretation der direkt an das Restaurant angrenzenden Arvenstube von Beat Stoffel dar.
