The Hotel Stoffel is a great place to dine, be it in the restaurant, the Stoffel lounge, the Stüva or on the garden terrace in fine weather. Chef Thomas Krättli places great importance on high-quality ingredients. He exclusively uses fresh vegetables and meat from animal-friendly local producers. He proposes a lovingly prepared 4-course evening meal, which is also available as a vegetarian option. Between midday and 5 o'clock there is an attractive selection of hot and cold dishes.
Evening meals are available at a special price of CHF 45.- per person (CHF 40.- for the vegetarian option) subject to the following conditions:
Our wine cellar features a wide selection of first class red and white wines. We offer fine wines from the “Bündner Herrschaft” (locally grown wines from the Rhine valley) and Ticino as well as classics and specialties from Italy, Portugal, France and Spain, many of which are organically grown.
Under the leadership of the renowned Chur architect Tilla Theus, the former dining room underwent complete refurbishment in the autumn of 2015. The main material used is pinewood, which was loved by Beat Stoffel and can be found throughout the house. The room is a reinterpretation of the “Arvenstube” (pinewood lounge) by Beat Stoffel, directly adjacent to the restaurant.
